Hello! My name is Christopher but you can call me Chris. I am currently living a semi retired life in the Philippines. I was an Investment Banker by profession and now I am focusing on my proprietary online financial instrument trading such as stocks, foreign exchange and commodities. My hobbies are learning about renewable or green energy, as well as travelling. I am multi-culturally aware, having worked in different geographies, and in cosmopolitan environments, such as Dubai, Paris and London. I am 51 years of age.

I do not provide my own material to teach english. My method is based more on the direct approach and Total Physical Response. This in my experience and view is the best way to break down barriers and make communication effective. Once this is achieved I adopt a more structural approach. This helps both in formal and informal modes of communication.

at the age of 51 I have seen ups and downs in life. My life counselling approach is not to impart suggestions which will only provide a band aid type fix, which is easy, but rather, to find a way to improve the situation permanently. As for cooking, after having seen a lot of videos on Youtube, I have observed that most of the videos assume that all of us have a universal kitchen, with all the gadgets at our disposal as well as all the spices and condiments. I am an avid cook and I get thrills in finding hacks or fixes to otherwise unattainable recipes. Give me a try!
